Job Summary

We're seeking a PT Service Associate to join our team As a key member of our front-end team, you'll be responsible for bagging items at checkout, restocking returns, retrieving carts from the parking lot, vacuuming the front-end, restocking coolers, and collecting trash. If you're passionate about building strong families and healthy communities, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  • Collect trash, take it to the compactor, and operate the compactor.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and complete a clean sweep every hour.
  • Collect carts, stack them, and push them back to the front-end of the store.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position.
  • Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
  • Must complete the company introductory period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual maximum.
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
  • Max pull static: 20 lbs.
