Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with Autism

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to implement goals and provide feedback, while also collecting data to inform our clinical program.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling available throughout Cary, NC. Our team utilizes a two-tiered model of service, with highly trained RBTs providing direct services and BCBAs and Licensed Psychologists overseeing and managing the clinical program.

Responsibilities
  • Implement goals and provide feedback to children with autism
  • Collect data to inform our clinical program
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs and Licensed Psychologists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide a supportive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably with autism or other intellectual disabilities
  • High School diploma; College degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule, Monday-Friday, between 8am-7pm
