Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality imaging services. Responsibilities include assisting the Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, processing and transmitting images to PACS, and maintaining a high level of patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide quality imaging services to patients, working collaboratively with the Radiologist and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Process and transmit images to PACS, maintaining a high level of technical accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
- Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B.
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- Current BCLS (AHA) required.
- At least one year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
Huntington Beach Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.65 to $54.63, with the exact starting compensation to be determined at the time of hire based on a wide range of factors, including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
