**Warehouse Associate Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Design And Customize LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional results.

**Job Summary:** As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring timely processing of orders, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

• Apply packaging labels to bags, tubes, jars, and other packaging containers efficiently and accurately.
• Peel and process printed vinyl sheets with precision and care.
• Trim and round labels and other packaging products using rotary and die-cutting tools safely and effectively.
• Count packaging and labeling deliverables for customers with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Inspect and quality control labels, discarding any with cutting or printing flaws.
• Prepare packages for shipment with USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, and other couriers securely and promptly.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments carefully to prevent errors.
• Utilize carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

**Requirements:**

• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Some activities may require standing for extended periods, walking around, or lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as required by workload and customer-mandated deadlines.

**Estimated Salary:** $21/hour, based on industry standards and location.
