Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in Tipton, CA. As an LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.
