Pediatric LVN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in Tipton, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements:
  • Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
