Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Focus: Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems and proactively engaging with customers through outreach.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Teamwork: Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs and fostering strong customer relationships.
Job Expectations
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled.
  • Compliance: This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment, and ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all related requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies.
