We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and complete apartment work orders and apartment turnovers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Assist in common area maintenance, property building maintenance, and pool maintenance.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar setting.
- CFC and HVAC certification required.
- Training in plumbing and electrical.
- Working knowledge and experience in general apartment maintenance.
- Valid driver's license.
