About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Director to lead our Surgical Technology program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the program's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum content that meets industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty members to ensure they meet program standards.
  • Monitor and assess program outcomes to ensure they meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
  • Associate degree; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Current National Surgical Technology certification, issued by an NCCA-approved agency.
  • Must possess a CST (Certified Surgical Technician) or CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assist).
  • BLS Provider (AHA preferred).
  • Teaching experience preferred.

  • Full-Time, M-F, 9 am-5 pm schedule.
