We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Gynecological Surgical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing gynecological surgery, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent and manage them.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in gynecological surgery or a related field.
