Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Preparing, submitting, and securing timely approvals for PPAP packages and related documentation.
- Creating and revising Process Flow diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plans for both new and existing products.
- Collaborating with program teams to obtain IMDS approvals and ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards.
- Developing and implementing product testing and inspection methodologies, along with coordinating the development of associated gages and test fixtures.
- Drafting Gage Instructions, Inspection Check Sheets, and Quality Guides to facilitate quality assurance processes.
- Leading training sessions for production team members to enhance their understanding of quality standards.
- Ensuring proper Document and Records Control to maintain compliance and quality integrity.
- Utilizing Lessons Learned from effective Safe Launch implementations to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Facilitating the development, tracking, and auditing of Corrective and Preventive Action reports in response to inspection data and operational feedback.
- Participating in customer and supplier audits, visits, and launch-related meetings to support quality assurance efforts.
