Job Description

Quantum Signal AI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineering Intern to join our Engineering Support team for the Summer of 2025. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including software development, testing, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and apply testing and QA techniques to ensure the highest levels of quality on software and hardware deliverables
  • Create and execute test plans and contribute to the software development life cycle
  • Identify and characterize issues in complex systems, and communicate those issues in detail as part of the defect tracking process
  • Collaborate with mechatronics engineering teams testing novel in-vehicle and vehicle-adjacent technologies
  • Support the operation of research studies, including participant scheduling, proctoring, and data handling
Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program with a technical focus
  • Technological curiosity and an insatiable desire to improve systems
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in a wide array of common software tools
  • A critical eye as to what makes for good software & hardware
  • Flexibility to work on a wide range of projects and ability to adapt quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
