Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at YogaSix Marlton. As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio functionality, including sales and operations.

Our Marlton location has been open for three years, and we are committed to providing a mind-body experience that empowers, encourages, and inspires our customers.
The RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. As the Sales Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, and work closely with the Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure the health and profitability of the studio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation, Membership Sales and Retention: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and retain existing members.
- Manage and Grow Revenue Streams: Oversee all revenue streams, including memberships, retail, and teacher training, to ensure maximum returns.
- Studio Budget Management: Manage the studio budget, spending, and reporting to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a marketing plan based on studio needs, focusing on new client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty.
- Grassroots Marketing Partnerships: Schedule and participate in grassroots marketing partnerships on a weekly basis to drive new guest traffic.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Experience supervising people successfully.
- Proven experience in generating and following up on leads.
- Strong customer service skills, knowledge of PC/Mac computers, and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams, including memberships, retail, and teacher training.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position offers a competitive base salary based on experience and performance, as well as monthly and quarterly incentives/bonuses. Additionally, there is an opportunity to bonus based on individual and team performance.
Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
