Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and Educate: Foster an engaging and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages students to develop their passion for aviation maintenance while sharing your expert insights.
- Hands-On Training: Demonstrate practical skills and provide real-world experiences in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems.

- Mentorship: Support and guide students in their individual projects, promoting critical thinking and innovative problem-solving.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience (teaching experience not required).
- Certifications: FAA A&P license is preferred; if not current, we will cover the costs for you to obtain it.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- Patience and Empathy: A compassionate approach to teaching, recognizing that each student has a unique learning pace.
