Job Summary

Horizon Health is a leading healthcare provider in rural Illinois, offering a range of medical services and specialties. We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in a dual specialty role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct imaging procedures in X-ray, Fluoroscopy, CT, Mammography, MRI, and other modalities.
  • Obtain patient clinical history and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality images and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain continuing education requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • State of Illinois licensure through the Department of Nuclear Safety or IEMA.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
