About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing CT and X-Ray examinations, utilizing your expertise to apply prescribed ionizing radiation and/or radiopharmaceuticals to obtain high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of procedures, including CT and X-Ray examinations, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and expertise.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-year AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology, associate or baccalaureate degree.
  • Certification with ARRT, CT and/or X-Ray registered or registry eligible within 12 months of hire.
  • Arkansas State Radiologic Technologist License.
  • 12 months of experience preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification within a reasonable time-frame.
