Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a nurse educator or in a related educational role, with a strong understanding of nursing practices and education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
