Job Title: Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kohl's Peru. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
