**Job Description:** Eastern Bank is seeking a skilled Consumer and Mortgage Loan Processing Expert to join our operations team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of consumer and mortgage loans. With 2-5 years of banking experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will thrive in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Daily booking of mortgage and consumer loans through manual or automated interface applications.
  • Reviews and understands interfaced data in CRIF and Empower.
  • Manually inputs appropriate fields into front-end systems or FIS as needed.

**Requirements:**
  • 2-5 years of banking experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient knowledge of FIS Insight and consumer loan documentation.

**Salary Range:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
