OBD Diagnostic Team Lead

PACCAR is seeking a highly skilled OBD Diagnostic Supervisor to lead a team of engineers in developing OBD diagnostic functions to meet regulatory requirements and reduce dash lamp on time throughout all development phases of the program.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of OBD calibrators to develop OBD diagnostic functions
- Lead a team to perform pre-calibration work on an engine dyno and apply it to the vehicle level
- Perform diagnostic routines, report findings, and provide recommendations to improve system reliability and durability
- Define, purchase, and maintain all hardware and software tools required to interface with engine management systems
- Excellent leadership skills with 2 years of experience as a supervisor or team lead
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in association with OBD
- In-depth knowledge of powertrain management systems, including performance, experience with in-vehicle engine and engine-vehicle calibration, and data acquisition systems
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Self-directed, with excellent analysis, communication, and presentation skills
