Job Summary

The General Utility Worker I plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment in our Food & Beverage operations. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep clean duties.
  • Attend in-house training sessions to gain knowledge and skills in food safety and kitchen operations.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Assist chefs with the checking in of food deliveries and ensure that only the highest standards of produce are accepted.
  • Clean and maintain service areas and equipment, and ensure accurate storage of food items and equipment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Courteous and professional manner.
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties.

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
