Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations on patients in various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency departments.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, including Phillips and GE systems.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of vascular anatomy and pathology to provide expert-level sonography services.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current ARDMS certification in vascular sonography.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ultrasound technology, with a focus on vascular sonography.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
