Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at C0003 Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound exams on patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist.
  • Must be certified in ultrasound breast, vascular, general, and OB.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
