Your Role
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will provide compassionate care to residents, clients, and members under the guidance of designated departmental leadership and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to call lights to assess the needs of residents or clients.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, eating, feeding, dressing, oral hygiene, and grooming.
- Provide toileting assistance and appropriate care for residents requiring incontinence support.
- Aid in turning, repositioning, and transferring residents in accordance with care plans.
- Transport residents to and from their rooms for activities and meals.
- Monitor and document vital signs, mood, behaviors, and pain levels as necessary.
- Report any significant changes in condition or behavior to licensed staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with corporate, federal, and state regulations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide certificate and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Physical Requirements
Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, which may include:
- Regularly using hands to handle or feel; reaching with hands and arms; and communicating effectively.
- Frequently standing, walking, sitting, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, employees may encounter various conditions, including:
- Air-conditioned office environments, indoor spaces without air conditioning, and outdoor settings in all weather conditions.
