We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Peraton. Key Responsibilities- Lead architecture and development decision-making to implement digital initiatives with effective transformation architecture and process improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions that ensure consistency with enterprise architecture security policies.
- Advise on the feasibility of potential future projects to the Program Manager and/or Government Program Manager.
- Provide consultation, design leadership, and technical assistance for software and system deployment, and integrate enterprise-wide tools for automating, securing, monitoring, and managing the current and future technology environments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- 7 years' experience performing technical/engineering tasks in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Minimum of 5 years on agile software development projects, preferably within DoD.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Experience using modern MBSE tools (Cameo/NoMagic, DOORS, Rhapsody, SPARX, etc.).
- INCOSE Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification.
- Experience with the application of systems engineering, model-based engineering, digital engineering methods, and creative thought-leadership.
- At least three to five years' experience with cloud services, including open-source technology, software development, system engineering, scripting languages, and multiple cloud provider environments.
- Experience directly supporting or working at a Joint or Component Command Level.
- Experience in developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid-to-large scale systems.
- Experience in leading agile development models.
