IntelyCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Hingham, MA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track their use, and ensure proper verification
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe environment for residents
  • Track medical records and charts, and assist with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain a proper inventory of medical supplies and adhere to resident care plans
  • Work with staff to orient and train new colleagues
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
