About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at North Suburban Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Neonate Resuscitate required within first three months of hire.
  • STABLE Preferred.
