Job Title: Stipend - SEL School-Based Team Member (Internal Only) (CHS) (SY24-25)
Reports to: Building Principal
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our School-Based SEL Team as an Internal SEL Team Member. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting SEL initiatives and curriculum development within the school.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the School-Based SEL Team to lead a coordinated approach and continuous improvement of schoolwide SEL implementation.
- Meet with the team after school for a total of 10 hours per person, starting in November and continuing until June.
- Work closely with the Barr Core Team Leads to coordinate additional floating afterschool hours.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be an educator at one of our 11 schools. We are looking for a well-represented group of educators (classroom teachers, instructional coaches, reading specialists, special education teachers, support staff, EL teachers).
Compensation: Teachers will be paid at the contractual rate for work outside of the school day.
