As a Bartender at Chili's, you'll be the face of our brand, serving up more than just food and drinks. You'll be the one to make our Guests feel special, creating a memorable experience with every visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

We're looking for a positive, outgoing individual with a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations. If you think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and are able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds, we want to hear from you.
