Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Feeney Brothers in Lawrence, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures.
As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Client Representatives, and other contractors to achieve this goal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the total construction effort to ensure project completion within specified timelines
- Determining the sequence of activities concerned with fabrication, assembly, and erection
- Making proper selections of building materials to conform to project requirements and building codes
- Assigning workers to tasks, explaining the work, and supervising the execution of the work
- Monitoring work performance and productivity of crew members
- Inspecting work performed by staff and subcontractors
- Training new workers in the use of equipment and tools and in safety procedures
- Maintaining accurate time and material records and completing client paperwork as required
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in natural gas distribution construction and hold a valid Driver's License. Additionally, they must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and additional specialized training equal to a master craft designation.
