Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour
The
Armed Security Operations Supervisor
will oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services during a designated shift at a specific client site. The
Armed Security Operations Supervisor
will serve as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security personnel. You will supervise staff during the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions within the approved empowerment range.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum age of 21 years
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public; must demonstrate initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in clear, legible handwriting;
Must be able to read and comprehend all operational procedures and instructions
Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
Driving Positions:
Must hold a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 36 months, no more than one accident in the last 24 months, and no more than one minor moving violation in the last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by company policy, and the capability to operate a vehicle safely.
As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, and may be required to pass a Driver's Record check.Intermediate computer skills are necessary to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
Ability to manage both routine and crisis situations at the client site with composure and efficiency.
Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs, outlining site-specific hazards for security personnel, including vehicle/driving safety as appropriate to corporate procedures.
Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings.
Effectively utilize scheduling and billing software, producing reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management.
Enforce Allied Universal's policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.
Able to:
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shifts
Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods
