We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team in Tooele, Utah. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing tasks involving commercial construction projects.

**Essential Functions:**

* Read and interpret plans and shop drawings
* Maintain a clean job site, including picking up tools and equipment and securing the site each day to eliminate potential hazards
* Work in extreme weather conditions
* Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

* General wood and metal stud framing experience
* Door framing and installation abilities
* Proficient in math
* Knowledge and skills in safely operating hand and power tools
* Experience supervising 4 or more individuals
* Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to the work schedule
* Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy objects (50 pounds)
* Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions
* Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

**Education, Training, and Experience:**

* Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience
* Completed or willing to complete OSHA 10hr training (we can provide this training if necessary)
* Willingness and ability to perform manual work and follow verbal and written instructions
