**About the Role:**
The Plasma Center Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to donors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support plasma center operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors to the facility, including new and repeat donors, and provide a welcoming experience.
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files.
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees.
- Maintain an orderly filing system and purge records as needed.
- Report to the center management team on operational opportunities for continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
**Benefits:**
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 (U.S. starting rate) with the potential for short-term incentives.
