Aerospace Repair Specialist

The principal duties of this position are to operate and set-up all conventional types of shop equipment and read and interpret work instructions and figures to repair turbine engine components.
Key Responsibilities- Perform repairs on turbine engine components and accessories, including drilling, faster removal, blending, installation of inserts, and silicon repairs.
- Replace damaged components on aircraft.
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience in an aviation mechanic role or appropriate technical training
- Understanding of Disassembly, Assembly, Test (DAT)
- U.S. citizenship is required
- A&P License or two years relevant experience preferred.
- Turbine engine overhaul, inspection and repair experience, precision measuring tool usage, preferred in one or more of the following disciplines: Disassembly, Inspection, Assembly.
