Genesis Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor - RN - Unit - Full-time. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing your nursing career.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team as a Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity preferred.
