Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee, guide, and manage the clinical operations of the nursing units during your assigned shift, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current registered nurse licensure from the State Board of Nursing. A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required, along with at least two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing, with one year in a management, administrative, or supervisory role preferred. BSN is preferred. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
