The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. About the Job

This position requires a RN licensed in the State of Texas/Compact, BCLS certification, and Current ACLS. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working in Critical Care and Dysrhythmia Recognition, as well as proficiency in EKG.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Monitor and recognize changes in patients' behavioral, neurological, and physiological status
  • Administer and monitor medications, treatments, and procedures performed on patients
  • Assist with unit employee process activities, including orientation and professional development

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
