Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of job activities and results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental field service operations or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and handle hazardous materials.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
