Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at BCG X, working with a global leader in the insurance industry on their journey towards reshaping their business.

This is a permanent position with our client, where you will be part of a newly formed team focused on applying Generative AI to solve complex business challenges within the insurance space.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions, helping our client to become a leader in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with product owners and IT leads to translate high-level business requirements into functional software solutions.
  • Developing new or enhancing existing user interfaces using Angular to create seamless experiences.
  • Writing and maintaining high-quality code that adheres to design patterns and coding standards.
  • Creating robust unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Building and integrating business services using MuleSoft.
  • Working with Agile scrum teams to drive best practices and improve development processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Experience writing services that interact with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Comfort working with cloud-native technologies such as Terraform, AWS Lambda, and API Gateways.
  • Skills in front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to work within Agile teams and drive collaboration.
