Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Tier4 Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining full-stack Gen AI applications leveraging Python, PostgreSQL, RAG, and LLM's for system development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement full-stack Gen AI applications using Python, PostgreSQL, RAG, and LLM's
  • Develop and maintain efficient data retrieval processes, document indexing, and query processing and response generation
  • Utilize NVDA (NVIDIA) technologies such as CUDA, TensorRT, and GPU acceleration to optimize machine learning models and enhance application performance
  • Collaborate with the team to identify problems and suggest improvements
  • Conduct peer code reviews and provide valuable feedback
  • Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of both backend and frontend development, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Experience with Python and SQL, relational and non-relational database concepts
  • Understanding of CUDA, TensorRT, GPU acceleration or similar frameworks/methods
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
  • Pride in your work and an attention to detail
  • Ability to bridge the gap between non-technical explanations and technical implementations
  • Experience with build and deployment tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • JIRA and Confluence experience
  • Understanding of Epic and Story format
  • Works within Scrum or SAFe processes

  • Self-published open source contributions
