Job Title: Travel and Expense Coordinator II

HexaQuEST Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Travel and Expense Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our Travel and Expense system information and supporting our T&E systems and enabling technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the T&E support queue and respond to requests from employees and management.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
  • Run, schedule, and distribute reports to support assigned functional areas and correct data integrity issues.
  • Provide complete and current process documentation for all applications and provide end-user training as needed.
  • Assist with T&E upgrades, special projects, escalations, and other general enterprise duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years working with T&E related systems and technology in areas of AP and Procurement, T&E administration, and Corporate Finance.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under significant pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
