Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Langdon Place of Dover in Dover, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NH.
- One to three years of experience in a related setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
- CPR certification and ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
