Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Engineering to lead multiple design teams in developing cutting-edge System in Package (SiP) solutions for the automotive and IoT markets. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining architectures, driving feasibility studies, and driving out cost while meeting aggressive customer development schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple design teams in developing SiP solutions for automotive and IoT markets
  • Define architectures and drive feasibility studies to meet customer development schedules
  • Drive out cost and improve design efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, System Engineering, and Program Management
  • Develop and implement design methodologies and best practices
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top-notch talent
Requirements
  • BSEE + 15 years relevant technical experience or MSEE + 12 years
  • 6+ years' leadership experience
  • Excellent presentation and data analysis skills
  • Experience in Front End or Module level development
  • Experience leading multidiscipline teams and working across boundaries
What We Offer

At Skyworks Solutions, we offer a competitive salary range of $163,800 - $324,900 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and other benefits. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan and may receive additional awards based on individual and/or company performance.
