Job Title: RF SiP Design Leader

Join Skyworks, a leading innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors, as a Director, Engineering in our RF SiP Design team. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will lead multiple design teams and drive the development of cutting-edge System in Package (SiP) solutions for the automotive and IoT markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled RF engineer to lead our SiP design efforts. As a Director, Engineering, you will be responsible for defining architectures, driving feasibility studies, and driving out cost, all while meeting aggressive customer development schedules with best-in-class performance and best cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple design teams and drive the development of SiP solutions for automotive and IoT markets
  • Define architectures and drive feasibility studies to meet customer requirements
  • Drive out cost and improve design efficiency while maintaining best-in-class performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, System Engineering, and Program Management
  • Develop and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
Requirements
  • BSEE + 15 years relevant technical experience or MSEE (preferred) + 12 years
  • 6+ years' leadership experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Front End or Module level development
  • Experience leading multidiscipline teams and working across boundaries

Skyworks offers a competitive salary range of $163,800 - $324,900 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
