Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in palliative care, incorporating evidence-based knowledge into our clinical practices.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of community health, home health, or hospice and palliative care Registered Nurse experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the administration and knowledge around the use of pharmaceuticals in hospice & palliative Care.
  • 1 year of clinical supervisory experience.
  • Active unencumbered state RN license.
  • Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
  • CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical.
