Job Summary

As an Engineering Supervisor with Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing emergency programs, maintaining equipment and physical structures, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. This role requires a strong background in engineering and management, with a focus on guest satisfaction and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement emergency programs and procedures
  • Maintain and repair equipment and physical structures
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
  • Manage and train a team of engineers and maintenance staff
  • Monitor and report on guest satisfaction and asset protection
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with 3 years of management experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Vocational schooling, military training, certification, or experience in building-related trades required
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
