The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Fraud Decision Science Analyst-Mid-Level to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll provide decision support for business areas across the enterprise, applying mathematical and statistical techniques to drive fact-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and influence solution strategies.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve medium to large-scale business problems with significant impact on current and future business strategy.
  • Develop and communicate insights to drive business decisions and influence strategy.
  • Integrate and transform disparate data sources, resolving data hygiene techniques as needed.
  • Document assumptions, methodology, validation, and testing to facilitate peer reviews and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field or 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics.
  • 4 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field with 2 years' experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated competency in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches used to drive fact-based decision-making.
  • Intermediate and some advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools, or other analysis software.
