As an IT Operations Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our IT systems, applications, and web services. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT operations production issues using support systems and associated tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the health of multiple environments, applications, web services, systems, and telephony platforms using associated monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT operations production issues using support systems and associated tools.
  • Monitor the daily scheduled job processes to ensure successful completion. Restart failed processes or escalate issues to appropriate IT resources.
  • Resolve IT associate problems by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in one of the preferred skills listed above.
