Early Intervention Physical Therapist Opportunity

At HealthPRO Heritage, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention Team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with families to provide Physical Therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to three) who have qualified for Early Intervention services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the needs of each child
  • Deliver treatment services to help children reach their full potential
  • Maintain effective communication with families and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide documentation in accordance with company guidelines
  • Exhibit professionalism at all times


Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience
  • Successful completion of State Certification Examination for Physical Therapy
  • Current license in the state of practice
