Job Details
  • Pay Rate: $19.86.
  • Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet the public.
  • Distribute name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
  • Schedule meeting rooms for all.
  • Answer and transfer calls from all over the United States.
  • Participate enthusiastically in company and community service events.
  • Perform light Administrative duties.
  • Perform PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
  • Act as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and other teams.
  • Responsible for the timely updates of the following: Company phone and speed dial lists, Company Calendar.
  • Responsible for updating the automated messaging center daily.
  • Assist Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.). Responsible for ordering, maintaining and distributing promotional items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Requires high school diploma and 1+ years of prior experience.
  • MS Office Suite experience is a plus, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Possesses ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
